Hatch Chile Festival 2017

August 18-20. Join us at Wheatberry Tavern to celebrate one of the great chile festivals of the year. The New Mexican green chile is like no other in the world. Indigenous to the Rio Grande Valley, Hatch, New Mexico is known not only for being the largest grower of this chile, but also for its annual two-day celebration. As summer winds down, the clean, crisp air is filled with the smell of chile roasting. We are flying Hatch, New Mexico chile in for our own three-day festival. Come in and enjoy the flavour of this amazing chile in a variety of delicious dishes.
