Join us at September 21-23 at Wheatberry to celebrate one of the great chile festivals of the year. The New Mexican green chile is like no other in the world. Indigenous to the Rio Grande Valley, Hatch, New Mexico is known not only for being the largest grower of this chile, but also for its annual two-day celebration. The fall air will be filled with the smell of roasting Hatch, New Mexico chile in for our own three-day festival. Come in and enjoy the flavor of this amazing chile in a variety of delicious dishes.
